Patient Guide
At Dr Lo Monaco Cardiologist, we are committed to delivering safe, personalised and efficient cardiac care under the expertise of Dr Francesco Lo Monaco. Patients can expect specialist-led consultations, rapid access to diagnostic tests, and a smooth care pathway from start to finish. We ensure every patient receives clear communication, respectful treatment, and full support throughout their visit.
We offer accessible care for patients with disabilities, please inform us if you require assistance, interpretation services, or a chaperone. Our team will be happy to arrange this in advance.
You may self-pay for consultations and tests, or use private medical insurance. If using insurance, please confirm coverage with your provider before booking.

Complaints
We aim to provide the highest standard of heart care, but if something has not met your expectations, we welcome the opportunity to resolve it quickly and professionally. You can raise a concern informally by speaking to any member of our team or by emailing [email protected].
For formal complaints, please submit your concerns in writing or email. We encourage patients to raise complaints as soon as possible and within 12 months of the event. You will receive written acknowledgement within three working days and a full response within 20 working days.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may request a secondary internal review by an independent team member not previously involved. All complaints are handled confidentially and in line with UK data protection requirements.
