Remote Cardiac Diagnostics Coordinated by Your Clinician
When clinically appropriate, Dr Francesco Lo Monaco can arrange home-based cardiac diagnostics, including Holter monitoring, Ambulatory BP monitoring, home ECG, and blood tests. Every device, appointment, and result is coordinated personally, with the same clinical attention as an in-clinic visit.

Cardiac Tests and Monitoring Arranged for You
Depending on your clinical needs, Dr Lo Monaco may arrange selected cardiac tests and monitoring services for you to complete at home. Each test is recommended following clinical assessment, with clear instructions and support from your cardiology team.
12-Lead ECG at Home
A 12-lead ECG records the electrical activity of your heart and can help identify abnormalities in your heart rhythm and other cardiac activity. Where clinically appropriate, your ECG can be arranged at home with clear guidance from your cardiology team.
Ambulatory BP Monitor
An ambulatory blood pressure monitor (ABPM) records your blood pressure for 24 hours throughout the day and night. This provides detailed insights about your blood pressure patterns during your usual activities and while you sleep.
Holter Monitor
A Holter monitor, a wearable ECG device, continuously records your heart rhythm over the prescribed monitoring period (24 hours to 14 days monitoring period). It can help capture intermittent rhythm abnormalities that may not be detected during a standard ECG.
Home Blood Tests
Where appropriate, a trained professional can be arranged to collect your blood sample at home. If home blood collection is not suitable, testing may be arranged through an appropriate partner clinic.

Remote Cardiac Monitoring Across the UK
Home cardiac monitoring can be arranged for patients across the UK, where clinically required and available. Depending on the test, your monitoring device may be delivered to your home or a trained professional may visit you. Where a test cannot appropriately be performed at home, blood testing via partner clinics may be arranged.
Who Can Benefit from Home Cardiac Monitoring?
Remote monitoring is not an emergency response service
If symptoms become severe while waiting for, wearing or returning a monitor, the patient must follow the emergency instruction rather than wait for a recording or report.
